Since 2000, we have been manufacturing Gold Courtesy Cards, a product that has evolved from a simple item into a high-tech, high-quality solution. Initially, our cards were produced using a slow laser process. We then upgraded to a standard card printing machine on specially coated metal, starting with gold aluminum before transitioning to solid brass cards. At that time, card printers were the only available technology, but the colors lacked brightness because the machines didn't print white; they essentially printed onto a clear coating adhered to the card.
In 2013, we invested in a UV printer, which allowed us to print white as an underbase, making all colors bright and vivid. This innovation also ensured the UV ink was applied directly to the card, enhancing durability and longevity, making our Gold Courtesy Cards the best in the business.
In 2014, we patented the idea of incorporating a QR code on the card, a process that was labor-intensive and meticulous. By 2015, we introduced our online ordering system, serving first responders, including those in FOP and PBA, with great success. Our turnaround time is fast and accurate, allowing orders to be placed directly from your smartphone or computer. We also acquired a second UV printer, expanding our capabilities to print plaques and directly on wine and beer bottles.
At our shop, we are continually brainstorming new ideas to better serve our customers, including those in the police community. All our products are crafted by us, ensuring quality and innovation.
